I am Nicole Coeburn a small business owner in Bluefield, West Virginia.
I graduated from Bluefield College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. After graduation I started my career at The Chamber of Commerce. I quickly adapted to the business world and was offered a position as general manager and event coordinator at a local restaurant and event venue.
Years of learning business, hands on experience and a yearn for more led me to become a small business owner. I have owned and operated The Blue Spoon Cafe for three years. Learning, expanding and growing continually to provide the best customer service, quality food and southern hospitality.
