As Communications Specialist for the Robert C. Byrd Institute (RCBI), Kathy Cosco, likes to say she tells others about the many ways RCBI helps innovators, entrepreneurs, manufacturers and makers advance their ideas. She’s been doing that for nearly two years.

She is a native West Virginian, a graduate of Marshall University’s W. Page Pitt School of Journalism and Mass Communications, and lives in Hurricane with her husband, Scott.
